The event will focus on trends in disputes for Alternative Investment Managers (AIMs). We will open the conversation with an horizon scanning for the AIMs industry and the risks and challenges ahead. The industry panellists will then engage on a focused conversation regarding the risks, challenges and opportunities ahead for new asset classes such as digital assets, cryptocurrencies and FinTech. The conversation will then transition into legal specialists and will focus on the key thematic disputes trends for AIMs.

We will be joined by a number of speakers and panellists from the finance and legal industries. The conversation will be targeted to key roles at AIMs (such as CFOs, CIOs, GCs, CROs, COOs) and their external legal counsel.
