Fraud lawyers’ power hour – Hosted by the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA)

This LIDW session, hosted by AIJA (the International Association of Young Lawyers), is aimed at fraud practitioners of all levels up to Junior Partners and will be split into two halves: first, how to bring fraud work in; and second, discussing some top tips for the initial stages of advising a client on a fraud case.

Disputes lawyers at all levels face the same question: where will the next case come from? The panel will have an open and collaborative discussion, inviting audience participation, of their own experience (the good and the bad!) including tips for networking and bringing work in. They will also discuss the initial triage phase of a fraud claim, the checklist of points to consider, and their own experience of things that can go right, and wrong!
