A cross-jurisdictional analysis and discussion of the role that mediation plays in different court systems around the world, the direction of travel and what opportunities and challenges lie ahead as London moves to further integrate mediation with litigations.
The Panel will look at key questions currently facing different court systems, which include:
- What place does mediation have in the relevant court system?
- Are there plans for further integration?
- What works? What doesn’t?
Jurisdictions anticipated to be covered are UK, India, New Zealand amongst others.
