LIDW Friday Morning Run!

Fieldfisher Run Club are hosting a Friday morning run event at the firm's headquarters at Riverbank house. The route has been carefully crafted to pass multiple London landmarks along the scenic River Thames. The route will take you down Thames Path towards Embankment, across Waterloo Bridge, through Southbank and across Millenium bridge to view St Paul’s Cathedral, before heading back to Fieldfisher's Riverbank House for a light breakfast and refreshments.
 
The run event is open to all abilities and the five-kilometre run will not only mean you start the day right with half an hour of exercise, but also encourages dispute resolution professionals to network with others who also share a passion for running. The event is free to attend and has a maximum capacity of 120 people. 
 
Participants are asked to meet at Riverbank House from 6:30 am for a 7:00 am start. Mansion House, Cannon Street and Bank are the closest tube stations to Riverbank House. Bag drop will be available on the 9th floor where you can collect your belongings at the end of the run. Please note, due to facility constraints, showers and changing rooms are not provided for at Riverbank House. It is expected that attendees return home or to their respective offices to freshen up after the run.

8:15am - Run starts
8:15am – 9:00am - Run 5km
9:00am – 10:00am - Social post-run refreshments and breakfast
