The opportunities created by an ever-increasing digital world also present significant challenges for those dealing with the fallout from cyber-attacks.  Global collaboration has never been so important. Threat actors don't recognise borders.

One of the biggest challenges facing professionals is the issue of ransomware payments. To pay or not to pay? Will paying resolve the situation. Further, the nature of payment. Complicated issues of potential terrorist financing, sanctions and anti-money laundering compliance are all actively in play. The international implications of the giving of advice of this nature are paramount in ensuring good effective assistance is achieved and maintained. An action in one jurisdiction may have implications in another.

An expert panel from around the globe will discuss the range of challenges created for businesses and organisations arising from cyber incidents, cyber related fraud, and how to best manage those against differing laws and regulations across different jurisdictions.
