Disputes now often have a sanctions dimension. They can impact of the performance of a contract, affect the ability to litigate/arbitrate, raise payment risk issues or even the lawfulness of litigating a claim.

The panel will interpret and discuss the latest UK case law, as the courts grapple with these issues, as well as offering expert guidance on navigating sanctions risk.
