The ICC’s Disability Inclusion Guidelines 2023 begin by highlighting that “until now, disability has received little attention within the arbitration and ADR community”. That must change. This session will provide attendees with an overview of the ICC’s new Disability Inclusion Guidelines — the first of their kind — along with practical advice and thoughts from disabled disputes practitioners on their implementation and the promotion of disability inclusion.
